But when his pregnant fiancée is cursed by the Haitian goddess Maman Brigitte, Berg is forced to return to the supernatural underworld he abandoned. Once her enforcer, Berg is now her prey, tasked with finding the elusive Nigerian storm god Amadioha, who she blames for the death of her lover, Baron Samedi. But as Berg and his estranged brother-in-arms Trent seek
answers, they uncover a deeper truth: the trickster god Ekwensu has manipulated both sides to incite chaos and bring on a divine war.
Set in a gritty modern world charged with African spiritual energy, BERG explores identity, ancestral power, and redemption through the lens of dark myth and thrilling action. Think Constantine meets Lovecraft Country, with the divine stakes of American Gods.
